He was filming ICE, which, according to the Trump regime, makes him a domestic terrorist despite his 1A rights to do so. He is accosted by an ICE agent, knocked to the ground, and pummeled by multiple agents. Video seemingly shows an ICE agent removing the homicide victim’s concealed weapon, for which it is reported he had a permit, and walking away with that pistol. At least 11 shots are fired, killing the 37-year-old white male presumed to be a U.S citizen. Did he have a second gun? Did he take a gun off an agent while the agents were beating the crap out of him? Since the Trump administration has announced with neither a full review of all the available evidence nor a thorough investigation that the murdered man is a domestic terrorist and was endangering innocent bystanders and given recent history, a federal investigation is unlikely.
Another video this week clearly showed an ICE agent being filmed telling the citizen she is now, because she was filming ICE under her 1A rights, documented as a domestic terrorist in ICE’s database.
As an ICE agent asked a citizen after Renee Nicole Good’s homicide by ICE agent Jonathan Ross and the subsequent lack of investigation and accountability by Trump’s regime, haven’t we learned yet?
Felony murder is a legal rule that allows individuals to be charged with murder if someone dies during the commission of a dangerous felony, even if they did not intend to kill or directly cause the death. This rule applies to all participants in the felony, making them liable for the murder.
